1. Use of Service

  1. The service can be booked through the larabus.com website by providing the required information.
  2. By submitting a booking, the person making the reservation confirms that they accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all passengers listed in the booking.
  3. All bookings are subject to availability. After submitting your request, we will send an email confirmation detailing the availability and fare quote. The booking becomes valid only after acceptance of the fare and our written confirmation.
  4. Transfers between Paphos Airport and Paphos town are currently not available.
  5. All bookings are valid only after written confirmation is sent by email.

2. Passengers with Reduced Mobility

  1. If you or any accompanying passenger has limited mobility, please contact our customer service via phone or email before booking, so that proper assistance can be arranged. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee accessible transportation.

3. Payment Options

  1. Payment is due directly to the driver in cash (EUR) or by card at the time of pickup. Upon request, advance payment via online card payment or bank transfer is available.
  2. Bank transfers must be completed within 3 days of the booking confirmation. If the transfer is for a booking scheduled within a shorter timeframe, payment must be made within 24 hours.

4. Child Safety Regulations

  1. Under Cypriot law, children under the age of 12 or shorter than 150 cm must use an appropriate child safety seat. During the booking process, you can request a baby seat, child seat, or booster seat free of charge. Availability is limited and shown in the booking interface.
  2. If we are unable to provide the required number of safety seats, you may bring your own. Without a suitable child safety device, the transfer cannot be executed. Please contact us in such cases.

5. Flight Schedule Changes

Bookings are valid for the confirmed flight times only. If your flight is changed, please notify us immediately. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. Flight Delays

If your flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes, please inform us before takeoff. If the flight is delayed by more than 3 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the transfer. In such cases, any prepaid amount will be fully refunded.

7. Delays After Arrival

  1. If you do not appear at the pickup point within 30 minutes after landing (due to lost luggage, baby stroller retrieval, etc.), please call the number provided in your confirmation or on our website immediately.
  2. If you fail to show up and do not notify us, we will attempt to contact you once. After 15 minutes of waiting, your booking will be cancelled with no refund.
  3. For transfers to the airport, the exact pickup time will be emailed the evening before. If you are not present and unreachable, your booking will be cancelled after 15 minutes and no refund will be issued.

8. Booking Modification / Cancellation / Refunds

  1. You may modify or cancel your booking via phone, email, or live chat.
  2. A full refund is available only if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  3. If the modified fare is lower, the difference will be refunded.
  4. If the modified fare is higher, the difference must be paid.
  5. If you fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance and do not use the service, no refund will be issued.

9. Luggage and Transportable Items

  1. There is no fixed limit to the number of luggage items, but we can only guarantee transport of the number specified during booking.
  2. For large or unusual items (e.g. bicycles, surfboards, skis, oversized strollers), prior written confirmation is required. Transport is subject to available space.
  3. Pets may be transported only with prior agreement and must be in a secure carrier.

10. Transport Conditions / Booking Cancellation

  1. We reserve the right to deny service if a passenger is:
    • intoxicated or under the influence of drugs,
    • behaving in a way that endangers others or the vehicle,
    • likely to soil the vehicle due to luggage or clothing.
  2. Drinking alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
  3. We aim to adhere to scheduled pickup and arrival times, but delays caused by traffic, accidents, weather, or other unforeseen events cannot be ruled out.
  4. If a vehicle breakdown occurs on the day of transfer or within 24 hours prior, we will arrange an alternative transfer at our expense.
  5. If the breakdown occurs more than 24 hours in advance, we will attempt to arrange alternative transport but reserve the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

11. Liability and Force Majeure

  1. While we strive to provide reliable service, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages caused by circumstances such as:
    • flight delays or cancellations,
    • traffic congestion, accidents, severe weather, road closures, official actions, or technical malfunctions,
    • any other unforeseeable and unavoidable external events (force majeure).
  2. We are not liable if you miss your flight or other connections due to such circumstances.

12. Validity and Modification of Terms

  1. These Terms and Conditions are effective from April 21, 2025.
  2. We reserve the right to unilaterally modify these Terms. Updated versions will be published on our website (larabus.com) and become valid from the date of publication.
  3. Changes do not affect previously accepted and confirmed bookings, which remain governed by the Terms effective at the time of confirmation.
