1. Booking the Service
- 1.1. The service may be requested through the larabus.com/en website after the required information has been provided.
- 1.2. By submitting a booking, the person making the booking confirms that they accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all passengers included in the booking.
- 1.3. Larnaca Airport transfers
- a) A transfer between Larnaca Airport and Ayia Napa, Paralimni or Protaras may be requested at the fixed price displayed by the booking system. Such transfers are subject to availability.
Within 24 hours of the transfer request being submitted, the service provider will inform the passenger by e-mail whether the requested transfer can be provided. Submission of a transfer request does not in itself constitute a confirmed booking. The booking becomes final only when the service provider sends a confirmation e-mail.
- b) For destinations not listed in point a), a quotation request may be submitted through the booking system. Within 24 hours of the quotation request being submitted, the service provider will inform the passenger by e-mail whether the requested transfer can be provided and, where it can be provided, will send the applicable quotation.
Neither the submission of a quotation request nor the provision of a quotation constitutes a confirmed booking. The booking becomes final only after the passenger has accepted the quotation and the service provider has sent a confirmation e-mail.
- 1.4. Paphos Airport transfers
- a) A transfer between Paphos Airport and Ayia Napa, Paralimni or Protaras may be requested at the fixed price displayed by the booking system.
- b) For destinations not listed in point a) — with the exception of the route between Paphos Airport and Paphos — a quotation request may be submitted through the booking system. Within 24 hours of the quotation request being submitted, the service provider will inform the passenger by e-mail whether the requested transfer can be provided and, where it can be provided, will send the applicable quotation.
The booking becomes final only after the passenger has accepted the quotation and the service provider has sent a confirmation e-mail.
- 1.5. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the booking confirmation, all transfers provided by the service provider are shared transfers. This also applies to transfers booked following an individual transfer request or quotation request. If other passengers book the same route at the same or a similar time, the service provider may transport them in the same vehicle. A transfer does not qualify as a private transfer merely because only one passenger or one group travelling together ultimately uses it.
- 1.6. Each booking is valid for one pickup location and one destination only. If the passenger requires more than one pickup location or more than one destination, a separate booking must be made for each journey.
- 1.7. A booking becomes valid only after it has been confirmed by e-mail.
2. Passengers with Reduced Mobility
- 2.1. If the passenger or anyone travelling with the passenger has reduced mobility, the passenger must contact the service provider’s customer service team by telephone or e-mail before making a booking so that the necessary assistance can be arranged. Without prior consultation, the service provider cannot guarantee accessible transportation.
3. Payment Options
- 3.1. Payment may be made to the driver at the pickup location in cash, in euros, or by bank card. Payment may also be made in advance by bank card online, either during the booking process or through the “My Bookings” section. The conditions governing refunds are set out in Section 8.
- 3.2. Where payment at the pickup location is selected, the full booking price becomes payable upon the vehicle’s arrival.
4. Child Passenger Safety Requirements
- 4.1. In Cyprus, an appropriate child restraint system must be used for children under 12 years of age or under 150 cm in height. An infant seat, child seat or booster seat may be requested free of charge during the booking process. The number of available child restraint systems is limited, and the available options will be displayed by the booking system.
- 4.2. If the service provider is unable to provide the required number of child restraint systems, the passenger may bring their own suitable child restraint system. Without the necessary child restraint system, the booking cannot be completed. In such cases, the passenger should contact the service provider.
5. Changes to Flights
- 5.1. Bookings are valid only for the flight times stated in the booking confirmation. If the flight time changes, the passenger must notify the service provider without delay. A transfer at the revised time can be provided only where sufficient capacity is available.
6. Flight Delays
- 6.1. If the passenger’s flight is delayed by more than 30 minutes, the passenger must notify the service provider before takeoff or as soon as the delay becomes known.
- 6.2. If the flight is delayed by more than three hours, the service provider reserves the right to cancel the transfer. If the transfer is cancelled for this reason, any amount paid in advance will be refunded in full.
7. Pickup Times and Passenger Delays
- 7.1. If the passenger does not arrive at the designated pickup point within 30 minutes of the flight landing — for example, because of delayed baggage or pushchair delivery — the passenger must notify the service provider without delay by calling the telephone number provided in the booking confirmation or on the website.
- 7.2. If the passenger does not arrive at the designated pickup point on time and has not notified the service provider of the delay, the service provider will make one attempt to contact the passenger using the telephone number provided during the booking process. If the passenger cannot be reached and neither arrives nor contacts the service provider within 15 minutes of that attempted contact, the vehicle will leave the pickup location. In this case, the passenger’s booking will be cancelled and the amount paid will not be refunded.
- 7.3. For transfers from accommodation to the airport, the service provider will notify the passenger by e-mail of the expected pickup window by 18:00 on the day before travel. The pickup window will be determined so that the passenger is expected to arrive at the airport at least two hours before the scheduled departure of the flight, taking into account the applicable airline requirements, expected journey time and airport traffic.
The passenger may request a change to the designated pickup window. Any such change is subject to the service provider’s prior approval. If the service provider approves a change requested by the passenger, the service provider shall not be liable for any late arrival at the airport or missed flight resulting from the revised pickup time.
The passenger must be ready to depart at the entrance to the accommodation by the beginning of the confirmed pickup window. If the vehicle is delayed beyond the confirmed pickup window, the service provider will notify the passenger by SMS.
If the passenger is not present at the pickup location when the vehicle arrives, the service provider will make one attempt to contact the passenger using the telephone number provided during the booking process. If the passenger cannot be reached, the vehicle will wait for a further fifteen minutes after its arrival and will then depart. In this case, the passenger’s booking will be cancelled and the amount paid will not be refunded.
8. Booking Amendments, Cancellations and Refunds
- 8.1. Bookings may be amended or cancelled free of charge through the “My Bookings” section.
- 8.2. A refund is available only if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. If the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the passenger’s control and the passenger can provide appropriate supporting documentation, the service provider may, at its discretion, grant a full or partial refund even where the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- 8.3. If an amendment results in a lower price, the difference will be refunded.
- 8.4. If an amendment results in a higher price, the passenger must pay the difference.
- 8.5. If the passenger does not use the service and has not cancelled the booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the amount paid will not be refunded.
- 8.6. Where the original payment was made in cash, any refund will be made by bank transfer. The passenger must provide the service provider with an IBAN for this purpose. The service provider will initiate the refund within 15 days of the refund becoming due. The time taken for the refunded amount to be credited to the passenger’s bank account also depends on the receiving bank’s processing times. Any costs associated with the bank transaction shall be borne by the passenger.
9. Baggage and Other Items
- 9.1. There is no predetermined limit on the number of items of baggage. However, the service provider can guarantee carriage only of the quantity of baggage declared during the booking process.
- 9.2. The carriage of large or unusual items, including bicycles, surfboards, skis and large pushchairs, must always be agreed with the service provider in advance. Such items may be carried only where prior written agreement has been obtained and sufficient capacity is available.
- 9.3. Animals may be carried only by prior agreement and must be kept in an enclosed animal carrier.
- 9.4. A compensation claim relating to baggage damaged during transport can be accepted only if the passenger reports the damage to a representative of the service provider immediately upon receiving the baggage. Claims relating to baggage damage reported after the passenger has left the baggage collection location cannot be accepted.
- 9.5. When baggage damage is reported, the service provider will prepare a written damage report and investigate the circumstances of the incident. The service provider will notify the passenger of the outcome of the investigation and its decision regarding the compensation claim within 30 days of the damage report being completed.
10. Conditions of Carriage and Cancellation by the Service Provider
- 10.1. The service provider reserves the right to refuse carriage if the passenger:
- is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or other intoxicating substances;
- behaves in a manner that endangers other passengers or may damage the vehicle; or
- may soil the vehicle through their clothing or baggage.
- 10.2. The consumption of alcohol and smoking are prohibited in the vehicle.
- 10.3. The service provider will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the stated departure and arrival times, but these times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
- 10.4. If the service provider’s vehicle breaks down on the day of the transfer or within 24 hours before the transfer, the service provider will arrange alternative transportation through another provider and will bear any resulting additional costs.
- 10.5. If the breakdown occurs more than 24 hours before the transfer, the service provider will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternative transportation but reserves the right to cancel the booking. In the event of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded.
11. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
- 11.1. Although the service provider will make every reasonable effort to provide a punctual and reliable service, it shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage suffered by the passenger as a result of:
- a delayed or cancelled flight;
- traffic congestion, an accident, weather conditions, a road closure, action by a public authority or a technical failure; or
- any other unavoidable external event beyond the service provider’s reasonable control, including an event of force majeure.
- 11.2. The service provider shall not be liable if the passenger misses a flight or any other onward connection as a result of any of the circumstances listed above.
12. Validity and Amendment of these Terms and Conditions
- 12.1. These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on 23 July 2026.
- 12.2. The service provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions unilaterally. The amended Terms and Conditions will be published on the service provider’s websites, larabus.hu and larabus.com, and will take effect on the date of publication.
- 12.3. An amendment will not affect bookings accepted and confirmed before the amendment takes effect. Such bookings will remain subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the booking was accepted.
13. Complaints
- 13.1. Complaints and comments must be submitted in writing to info@larabus.com. The service provider will respond to each submission within no more than 10 working days.
14. Data Protection
- 14.1. Detailed information about the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy available on the service provider’s website.
